Q:I cannot stand hand-washing. Can it withstand the washer/dryer cycle?

A: Yes. Delicate cycle ok.

Q:Is this loose at bottom of shirt?

A:the very bottom is elastic so not loose.

Q:Is the material stretchy?

A:Yes, The fabric to have a slight stretch to it. Enough so that your back and shoulders don't feel constricted when you move.

Q:Is this material shiny?

A:It depend, The same hue will look different in different light.but the quality of the material is well made and looks and fits great. 

Q:How well does it hold its shape after washing?

A:Excellent quality. Washes well in cold water.

Q:does it need to be ironed?

A:No. It's made of a nice soft fabric. But if you prefer ironing then using the lowest heat.
